This breakfast dish is the perfect balance between sweet and salty, light and rich, easy to make but complex in flavor!
Here is the simplest recipe:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a round baking dish with butter and then take a little pad of butter and set in the bottom of the dish. Place dish in oven while its preheating to let the butter melt.
Blend all ingredients:
Pour batter into preheated dish. Bake for 20-25 min. Top with powdered sugar and drizzle with boysenberry or some sort of a fruit syrup. This is a must, maple syrup doesn’t do it justice.
