This is our simple way to dinner for rounding out the weekend...but whether you make it on Sunday, midweek or Friday night, it always hits just right and it is so, so simple. It's become one of our go-to's and it will become one for you too! Here's the breakdown... The Sauce:1/4 cup Bachans bbq 2 tlbs peanut butter1 tlbs minced garlic. Heat up for 5 min. The best part? The meat is interchangeable and alllll delish.Use whatever meat you have on hand! We do chicken sometimes, or you could do ground chicken or turkey. It's all so good! Tonight we used some frozen steaks Dino had in the fridge. He just defrosted it and then sautéed it in butter on his cast iron skillet. The smell is heavenly.Let it rest + slice thin… too with flake salt. That’s the bow on top!55358;56588;55356;57340; Veggies + toppings...it’s up to u! But here are our favorites… also thin slices taste better in our opinion! Carrots, peppers, cucumber + bean sprouts. Red onion that we pickle quickly in some red wine vinegar in a bag 30 min before. Chopped peanuts. And then of course the lettuce. It’s gotta be Bib/butter lettuce. Makes the perfect cup!
Boom! So dang good, healthy, filling and so satisfying!
