Why do Nana’s make the very best everything? Is it just because they are Nana?
We ate these on the reg when I was growing up and they were always made with such love, it was like a warm hug on the weekends and it made you long to go to Nana’s house. Foxi is a big fan, as is the rest of the Patrone fam - I could barely take pics because I needed to devour them immediately. They are on heavy rotation all Fall and Winter - just trying to keep this little chonk a growin’!
They are also incredibly simple and so delish + they are filled with protein from the cottage cheese so they keep you satisfied and full. Topped with peanut butter and maple syrup, these babies are basically what dreams are made of, just sayin’. These are a must to make this weekend!Ingredients: 6 eggs whites1 cup oats1 cup cottage cheese1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp vanilla Bonus: add a banana if you’re feeling wild! Directions:
Add everything to a blender and blend while you heat up your pan or skillet.
Dollop them onto your heated pan, and flip once bubbles surface
Finish them off just lightly on the other side - you won’t need much time.
