I wanted something unique for the laundry room. After living in a trailer for years, the concept of a laundry room is just plain heavenly - so we needed to really dress her up! I fell in love with natural wood cabinets from our last house, but this time I wanted a new spin. We did white oak within the space with paneling...and amazing @erickcorsa actually made the lines himself. He couldn’t find the wood he wanted, so of course he just made it. Lol. (Stud, am I right?)

I’ve always dreamed of a farmhouse sink so why not do it in the laundry room? We chose the Elkay Fireclay Farmhouse Sink with a smooth and glossy porcelain glaze. I can’t even stand how much I love it! I walk by the room and it stops me and calls me in. Like I want to do laundry now lol. And how perfect will it be to bathe Foxi?!

The sink is available in biscuit, white, or matte gray and we went with the white. This beauty is molded from fireclay and baked at high temperatures for a nonporous and durable finish that’s scratch AND stain resistant. Hallelujah! Plus, the thick material naturally reduces sound for a quieter time at the sink - perfect for someone with a new baby...am I right? And this beauty of a sink pairs so well with our gorgeous black Elkay Avado Single Hole Kitchen Faucet . This faucet is the mack daddy of faucets! It offers a steady stream for everyday use, a SUPER durable and flexible inner braided hose, and the pull down head rotates 360 degrees so I can clean allllll of the things. Elkay’s quality is top notch so I know this sink and faucet will hold up against 4 (well, 5 counting Dino) children.
