Recently, I took a 21 day challenge with Openfit and it was a total game changer. I was motivated everyday to get up and try something new - whether it be a class or a technique, I was excited to tune in and hit my goal.
The app is so simple to use and they have a class or program that truly works with anyone’s schedule. I was able to fit in workouts during Foxi’s nap time and in the comfort of our bedroom or living space. And I don’t know about you, but I like a variety of workouts.
