Cowboy Cookies
There are a lot of variations of this cookie out there but these are just our fave and so simple. Like our Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
, we like to freeze the dough so you can bake them at the drop of a hat. I think a major life hack is having cookie dough in the freezer...trust me.
Here's the recipe! They make a great cookie to bring to holiday gatherings or wrap them up as a personalized and special holiday gift!

This time from frozen dough!
Ingredients:
1/2 c butter melted
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1 egg
1 c flour
1 c oats
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 c chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg and mix well.
2. In another bowl, mix together flour, oats, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
3. Add in dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
4. Stir in chocolate chips + dry + add .
5. Here you can freeze most of the dough so you have the option to bake a cookie at a moment's notice! It's a life game changer - having a rough day? Nothing a Cowboy Cookie can't fix! I actually think the longer you wait to bake, the better they taste!

7. Gobble them up!
